Shipping policy
Every LabelRoo order is personalised, made and packed with care in Australia. Please allow a little time for us to prepare your personalised labels before dispatch.
Processing time
Orders are usually made and prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days.
During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
Standard shipping
Standard shipping is $7.90 Australia-wide, with free standard shipping on orders over $35.
All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Express shipping
Express shipping is available for $11.40 Australia-wide and includes tracking.
For orders over $35, you can upgrade from free standard shipping to Express shipping for $3.50.
Express delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Please note that Express shipping does not change our 2–5 business day processing time.
International shipping
We ship internationally to selected countries, including New Zealand, parts of Asia, Canada and the United Kingdom.
International shipping rates are calculated in AUD and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order value.
- Orders under $50: Standard international shipping rates apply.
- Orders $50~$99.99: $5 off interntaional shipping.
- Orders $100 and over: $10 off international shipping.
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard with tracking. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Please note that delivery estimates do not include our 2-5 business day processing time.
International orders may also be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees, which are the customer's reposibility.
