Q. Are LabelRoo labels waterproof and dishwasher friendly?

Yes. LabelRoo labels are waterproof and made for everyday use on items such as drink bottles, lunch boxes, containers, school and office supplies, and other personal belongings with suitable surfaces.

For best results, allow the labels to fully set for 2–3 days before washing. Once fully set, they are suitable for dishwasher use.

 

Q. What surfaces do LabelRoo labels work best on?

Our labels work best on smooth, hard surfaces such as glass, plastic, ceramic and metal.

Avoid applying them to fabric, silicone, or rough and textured surfaces, as they may not adhere properly.

 

Q. How do I apply my labels?

For the best results, make sure the surface is clean and completely dry before applying your label. Follow our simple 4-step guide on the How to Apply page.

 

Q. How do I remove the labels?

For a newly applied label, lift and peel it away with a fingernail or plastic scraper.

For a fully set label, gently warm it with a hair dryer, then carefully scrape it away. If any residue remains, nail polish remover may help. Always spot test removal products first.

 

Q. Can I customise my labels?

Yes! You can personalise your labels with your chosen name and select from the available designs, sizes, fonts and colours.

Design layouts and artwork are fixed unless otherwise stated.

 

Q. Can I use a long name?

Yes! Names can be up to 11 characters long. Longer names may appear slightly smaller to ensure they fit neatly within the label.

 

Q. Can I change or cancel my order?

As each LabelRoo order is personalised and made just for you, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
